After receiving your product inquiry, we first review product requirements, purchasing quantity, destination, project complexity, and available reference information. Based on the actual needs, we confirm the suitable service approach and fee structure before any paid work starts.
Supplier payments, service fees, inspection fees, warehouse handling fees, logistics costs, and related expenses are handled according to the cooperation plan agreed by both parties. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, JKT Sourcing does not automatically cover supplier payments on behalf of buyers.
Product specifications, order confirmation, payment arrangements, delivery details, import compliance, and platform requirements should be confirmed by the buyer and relevant supplier or qualified local professional. We can help collect supplier documents and communicate requirements, but final import compliance depends on the destination market.
